FH Campus Wien is the largest university of applied sciences in Austria's capital and offers a dedicated IT Security master's programme within its technology faculty. The curriculum centres on secure software design, cryptography, data protection, secure network engineering and IT architecture, giving graduates a broad and applied security foundation.
In later semesters, students can choose elective modules shared with the Software Design and Engineering master's, allowing them to deepen secure software engineering skills. As with other Fachhochschule programmes, teaching is practice-oriented and closely aligned with the needs of employers.
Based in Vienna, the institution benefits from the city's large technology and public-sector job market, providing students with internships, project partnerships and a direct pathway into security engineering and architecture roles.
